New Chef at Nottage

This season sees a new chef – Christophe Vallier – take over the restaurant with an exciting new menu that combines 25 years’ experience working across Europe.  Trained in his native France, Christophe began his culinary career in the world-famous Hotel de Ville in Switzerland. He has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants in Spain and at the Alambique Cooking Academy in Madrid. He has also spent time in London’s prestigious restaurant Le Gavroche and Le Café de Moulin in Guernsey.
His speciality is seafood and he says his motivation is ”the sea, fresh and natural products, colours, aromas, flavours and a passion for making people happy with beautiful seafood platters.” We welcome him to Crookhaven!

It’s that time of year again and the elves are very busy getting organised for our Crookhaven Christmas Fair.

This year we are just doing one weekend; December 5th 5pm -9pm and Saturday and Sunday the 6th and 7th from 2pm-6pm.

We hope it will be bigger brighter and more festive than ever. With stalls of every description both indoor and outdoor from smoked salmon to pottery and jewellery, art works and stained glass to merchandise and everything in between there will be something for everyone.

Let’s not forget about the little ones with games, face painting, marshmallows to be toasted and of course a visit from the main man himself Santa Claus

To reserve a stall please email Roisin McCarthy on roisinmarconi@gmail.com
